The square land is not a Central Green Park! Central Park is beside Banyan II
Was inform by klk it belong to another land owner which does not want to sell this pieces land to klk due to some titles transferring.
Tentative this land no one know what will it be in future(housing, factory or etc....). this is why klk needs to reserve a road directly from Jln K. Sel to this lot. (you can see is a totally white line from main road).
But not to worry because klk salesman said they can built a flyover on those roads if the owner complain klk used his why in to this land.
Maybe this guys just wait and wait until the price is better whistling.gif

Last week I told a friend to have a view our this new town. My friend was a bit surprise as KLK only provide us this type facing. Attached Image

Currently most developer like Sime Darby has no longer use this fencing anymore. Even some small developer company also have a better type of fence. Our fence it just like those PKNS housing.
The overall plan and house built look is wonderful just a point-cut as a big company like KLK is only giving PKNS fence cry.gif
If any KLK management is reading this I sincerely hope they will improve and change all those fencing to a better type quality it will surly will boost the next KLK launching!

I think sure some klk top guys do read this forums. If they really concern what we are talking at here they will act on it! Or not even we write or grouping to complaint is just up to them. As agreement did no mention any fence types will be use in covering the housing area it only words from salesman a type of 5 feet fencing.
Even the latest Banyan II during launching I did ask a sales agent it also will be the same type of fence.

None of us have moved-in yet, so your question is this area nice to live in? no commend. Depending on individuality needs.

My advise go the site (BSC) there view by yourself if you are really interested on it.
Prepare yourself KLK do not have built ready show house for buyer viewing.

1st phase Semi-D sold out in 2 weeks
1st phase Shop lot sold out in a day
now they start register phase 2 20x70 types

Actually which part of KL you normally need to travel? If is Cheras area is really will take you a long journey even is without jam. We are in North West part of the Klang Valley.
Dash highway is actually still a distance to us it actually start in Sunway Alam Suria (Puncak Perdana) all the way passing Denai Alam, Subang2, Kota Damasara and end in Penchala side. You can view from this site.

As for new development we also hope this area can boom and more more new housing so our property value can also go up mah rclxm9.gif
