Billboard @ the entrance of BSC construction site

Viewed from the photos, the materials seems to be cheap. No floor tiles provided in the family hall and the car porch?
Some people say that the new 20'x70' is expected to be 450k-500k. sweat.gif (Need confirmation from the office). If it is true, the sub-sales value of these 18'x60' of 220k should be worthwhile for buying.

None of us have moved-in yet, so your question is this area nice to live in? no commend. Depending on individuality needs.
is there any highways to go to KL? Direct no, but LATAR & GCE is just very nearby.
My advise go the site (BSC) there view by yourself if you are really interested on it.
Prepare yourself KLK do not have built ready show house for buyer viewing.
Some pass record.
1st phase Semi-D sold out in 2 weeks
1st phase Shop lot sold out in a day
now they start register phase 2 20x70 types
*
One more thing to add, 1st phase shop lots fully sold within two hours.

20'X70' is expected to be 450k onwards. Just looks at Sime Darby's Nilai Impian (Nilai, N. Sembilan)- intermediate linked houses namely Delfina selling price is from 450k+.

The value of these houses are totally depend on how good is the developer planning and their efforts to materialize it, such as invite hypermarket, private colleges, Chinese school etc..

We all love Chinese language. Commercially, Chinese schools can help to increase the value of property as well.

you don't need a 'chinese school' to study chinese language, chinese roots or chinese cultute. chinese roots and culture can be learnt at home, chinese language is offered as a class in most schools. anyway, let's not discuss this here - i just found it interesting that a forumer mentioned chinese school. cheers

Then please do not simply touch other topics which is not related to this forum. Anyway, it is really interesting (as you have said) because the management is trying to get in Chinese school at the adjacent land, according to the sales person. cheers

You can drive in through the main entrance and need to walk for some distance.

FYI, I have tried driving in last saturday but unfortunately was stopped by an uncle on a motorcycle requesting us to produce written letter from developer to allow us to check our unit. Guess they are quite strict in allowing owners to see their units anymore.

Yes, this is the standard procedure for the construction site for safety reason.

You may be can try this no:016-9177076 (Alice). She is currently doing advertising SMS to the new owners of G-Residence condominium of Kuchai Lama. The terms are as following: 4 months of free showroom rental but giving back 50% discount on the renovation. According to her boss, people are welcome to visit their showroom at Batu Caves. I am not familiar with them and don't know about their back ground/reliability, you can find out further from them.

Please look at the right side of this photograph carefully, the electricity pole is not being installed properly, it is slightly inclined.
