Lost cabinet drawer key, help...

hi,
i lost my cabinet drawer key... anyone care to share his/her similar experience in opening drawers? i have tried several ways, using cards, other keys and even needles to no avail...  is it possible to ask the locksmith to make me a new key based on the serial no written on the keyhole of the drawer? i have keys of other similar drawers... last resort i will have to use a hammer to break it which i prefer not to coz it belongs to my office.. |
