LAD comes into effect after 48 months from the signing of SPA or the date of the initial deposit as discussed in another forum.

Any purchaser that signed their SPA before May 2013 is already entitled to claim for LAD. Anyone here??

Probably the business suites purchasers and some of SOHO's wld be eligible for the LAD. Residences was launched late 2013.
