When will VP?

should be end of the year can vp , this project already been delay long long time. Owner should be very happy after complete will receive lot of LAD

Why this project take so long to complete ???????

where got 2 months only, it should be VP on 2016

I signed SpA in December 2014..am i entitled to LAD?

You will only be entitled to LAD after December 2017 because if I am not mistaken, under the SPA - LAD can only be enforced 36+12 months from the date of SPA.

So after the OKR HDA case. How does it apply to those who have signed an amended SPA (36+12). Follow back 36? Or follow amended SPA (48) which comes with KPKT Letter.

Key word "signed" mean u agreed with the superseded t&c.

Those going to bring such into court would not sign those superseded doc.

We were forced to sign it during the signing of the DPA else the SPA couldn't be executed

Question is whether developer have the right to change the HDA SPA docs.
