don think about abs, cos it is way too messy to do it. You need a lot stuffs and need to reprogram ECU for abs. I think you need roughly Rm3k to mod it. not worth.

Maybe the previous driver who test drove the PE was very rough/heavy footed. The PE's ECU adapts to ur driving style to give optimum performance when u need it.

hehe.. dont worry, iridium plugs wont rust at all one.. hehee... But u change back ori plugs the FC wont be so good... Thats what i know lah..

Erm there is a list on protons website of the recommended stuffs to change at each service intervals..
The stuffs also can be referred from the service manual.. Anything not stated as for change in the service manual u can reject.. If they say u have to follow their words then u take out the service manual and show them black and white.. Exception is ATF and radiator have to be changed earlier for the first service, after that its 40k km and 30k km mileage service life for the products.

The steering wheel on the PE feels cheap, any recommendations for a good one? If I change it, will my warranty be voided?

For B-line no, u wont void ur warranty. But for M/H-line yes, as u will be removing the airbag to change the steering wheel, and totally eliminate the steering control button function.

But I have to say this...
