there is only 2 spec to choose from... everything is same except Executive covered :
1. ABS + EBD
2. Dual Airbag

3. Audio HU which able to play USB/AUX
4. 14" Alloy Rim
5. Fog Light (no sure standard spec have it or not)
6. Pre-tensioner Seatbelt
7. 4 Power Window (come with lifetime warranty)
8. Steering Wheel with Audio Switch
9. Side Protector Moulding (black strip on doors)

meanwhile which colour should choose from, that's your choice bro...  icon_rolleyes.gif

* to other forumer out there, any miss out please do add-in ya...
*
These two (bolded in black) itself is already worth the RM 3,000 premium over the Standard model.

assuming interest rate is at 3% and loan for 7 years;

(RM3,000 x 7[3%]) / 7[12] = extra RM 43/month

I'm sure company increment is more than RM43 per year lo.

minimize high revving if possible to avoid adding stress to the engine. smile.gif

My experience today at Mutiara D'sara SC - 1,000km servicing

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

2.30pm: Tired of walking. Went back saw my car parked near entrance so I think it's ready. Asked gal why didn't call me, she said "still preparing bill." Waited few mins and went to pay bill.
i) Engine oil...... RM103 (Petronas Pentium)
ii) Oil filter........ RM12.22
iii) Gasket drain plug.... RM3.32
iv) Engine treatment...... RM48 (apa ini?)
Total.......... RM166.54

When I went home, realised boot closing problem still the same. Think they didn't even bother to check. All in, a routine service took up 3.5 hrs. I am thinking of the money I could have made in that few hours (opportunity cost).

While I was there, I noticed a a poster saying "60 min service". Asked her, what is it, she said "Oh if u bring your car in at 7.45-8am, you can enjoy that 60min service.". I said "Oh, your gal didn't mention when I called to make appt. But will take note for next service."
*
Wahlao, 1000km service also take 3-4 hours. Cant imagine if major service. sweat.gif
Somemore the drain plug so expensive one. Normally also around RM 2++ only.

My place here is much efficient then. Less than 30 minutes. Alignment issue settle and no engine treatment rubbish. Total bill come out around RM 140+ only and free wet tissue. wub.gif

Go Pudu area to make some name card;

then walked in front of Proton spare part shop

Dear,

I'm very interested to purchase a FLX with CVT and executive line.
I was wondering my friend have been saying that CVT is not that "powerful" to drive when on highway or something like that. Although there's the "simulation of 6 gear" it'll still be slow. I wonder if that's true.
*
all the "not powerful" is only the brain tricking you. 140 on MEX isn't a problem even on half throttle only. Imagine what is the outcome if pedal to the metal.

QUOTE(xshiro @ Oct 4 2011, 05:16 PM)
nice... rclxms.gif

how it drives?
*
test drive unit is a CVT unit unfortunately. sad.gif
then both of us go molest something with CVT too, CVT with INVECS-III

2 turns is the industry norm for passenger cars. Unless you are used to driving a truck.

Hi all,

Planning to get Saga FLX soon, just want to know is the FC good?, will be driving 50% city 50% highway, can achieve RM50/ron 95 for 450km? is the cabin noise, engine noise loud at 120km/h and beyond?
*
450km is possible if you're slow driver. slow as in, at max 80 kmh no matter where you are, no sudden burst of acceleration or overtake, etc. But since you're talking about 120, that figure is impossible already. lol Noise level is quite on the acceptable level. The engine drone and CVT whine isn't that loud. Test drive to find out whether you can accept it or not.

BTW, this is from a CVT FLX owner POV. Dont know about the new 5 speed manual real life figures.

Same here. BTW do u all mostly drive until the last bar? Does the bar blink when running low on petrol?
*
never.

when ever reach last bar, straight pump half tank. Never pump in full tank before.
