Been trying to read the forum to startup an account for trading in US Stock markets. Some points that i need you guys assistance

1) usually needs W-8BEN (Not sure how to fill up the tax obligation part, the US Tax number and all) form and passport copy

2) need recommendation on which platform to go. The one with best rates for non us-residents + ease of transaction, i.e. withdrawal and such
