Surfing internet, watching video and some 1080 video, office, Flash game.

4. Preferred laptop/screen size

I do some research about the CPU and GPU. I saw celeron benchmark better. But for the GPU, Intel HD2000 in par with Radeon HD6320M..But AMD E-450 has lower power consumption.

Which one more bang for buck? And does HD2000 capable to play 1080P video?
