Mine to elaborate more on this? hmm.gif

Im considering to take HP DV6 bcause some guys said that can get this model around 28XX without beats. brows.gif

But, thinking that Liano quite latest 1(gaming), then mayb should wait for HP DV6Z with A8 coming. Or maybe this model wont come to malaysia instead? hmm.gif
*
say it simply, Llano has the potential to outperform any current platforms as far as general gaming performance is concerned... but for ACF the key lies in optimization on the games side... no optimization = as good as using 1 GPU only... but if optimized well HD6775G2 can even outperform GTX 460M...

with such a low price and such performance, even without ACF it's pretty much worth the money...

as for the dv6 u re talking abt, no, there's no dv6z... HP's Llano models are still marketed as normal dv6... seen them in Aus here before...

oh...  wub.gif

btw between Dv6 and GE620DX gpu, which 1 better?
without beat headset, both hav about same spec&price..
*
pretty much which graphic camp u re more comfortable with... nod.gif

both GPU are at the same performance lvl...

More or less same as Hybrid Crossfire?
*
Hybrid CrossFire is different... in this mode either the dGPU or iGPU is running at any given time... the max performance u get is wat the dGPU is capable of... however Hybrid CrossFire is a subset of Asychronous CrossFire...

Asynchronous CrossFire means both the dGPU and fGPU are running together in standard CrossFire mode to achieve higher performance than the dGPU alone...

but unlike normal (or Synchronous) CrossFire, which usually has 2 GPU of the same model (and thus same amount of SP, same memory bandwidth, same memory type), Asynchronous CrossFire has 2 GPU of different models and SP count... eg HD6755G2 = HD6620G (400SP, 128-bit DDR3 shared) + HD6750M (480SP, 128-bit GDDR5)

also unlike normal CrossFire, if u use 2 GPU of different model, the better GPU will be limited by the worse off (think of the situation when u ve RAM of different speed running together), but for Asynchronous CrossFire it seems that both GPU are performing at full capacity...

More/less i can brain this + eg from two ram diff speed.  smile.gif
Thank bro. Pro la U.. thumbup.gif

Can U list down advantages tis APU system(make it simple as we all can brain)? sweat.gif
1 iinm is low power usage...
*
For Llano only

The good:
- cheap, high performance/cost ratio
- integrated graphic (or fGPU as AMD calls it) that can smoke any low end GPU in the market
- low power consumption (iirc A8 has longer battery life than Core i7)

The bad:
- medicore CPU performance
- ACF highly dependent on optimization

In a nut shell:
for those who wants mainstream graphic performance but on a tight budget, and those looking for a multimedia machine
