The AMD HD6730 is slightly better than the GT540m.
The AMD HD6630 is more or less on par with GT540m, but has larger OC potential

if strict on budget, then perhaps the:

Most of the 17" laptops here are more expensive than RM3k

However, for a 15" laptop, the Inspiron 15R would be a great choice, you can use some of the remaining money to extend the warranty to 3 years~

*Do take note that the larger the screen size, the shorter the battery life

The i7 variant for the N55sf is not particularly worth it because the i7, weirdly as it seems, uses a normal HD screen (the i5 variant uses a matte, HD+ screen instead)..
In between the n55sf (i7) and the n53sn, it all boils down to which one you like more lo... The former does have a better gpu and comes with an additional subwoofer

For the one with GT540M:
Acer Aspire 5750G, i5-2410M + Nvidia GT540M(2GB) @RM2399
Asus A53Sv, i5-2410M + Nvidia GT540M (1GB)@RM2349, USB3.0

Whereas the one with GT555m, only:
Asus N55Sf-S2353v [black], i5-2430M + Nvidia GT555m (2GB) + 1600x900@RM2799[Bang & Olufsen]; USB3.0, Sonic Master subwoofer

Lenovo Y570's GT555m is not comparable with Asus's

Yeah, but the thing is not many ppl would survey 1st before purchase...
Saw an old lady being conned to pay RM2.2k for an Asus UL20 a few months ago.... and it was a display unit summore

Paying even higher price than RRP for a display unit is surely a con case
Display units have been molested so much that they should be sold at lower than RRP prices...

But the "price jack" I was referring to is that the prices in the product brochure are all RM100 dearer than that stated by sellers... that's all...

The i5 variant comes with a HD+ screen, whereas the i7 variant only comes with a normal HD screen

As mentioned by Joker, the Latitude models ain't really meant for gaming at all haha
