asus have not release 3g for prime yet..according to taiwan, they are still monitoring the sales and ppl's feedback in order to decide if they wan to bundle with 3g or not..but there is possibility.. transformer 1 have 3g version already.. 7.7 in other country like hk got wifi version also..

today i went to senq, their ans is still the same ..both devices 7.7 and transformer prime may be only selling in there from Feb.. and transformer 1 have been discontinued from their product list..

hi there..wan to ask...if bought Galaxy tab 7.7 wifi oni? can i use my desire HD as modem to connect to internet? using my DHD mobile network? Can asus TPRIME also detect my DHD as modem oso?

SURE you can ; just use your phone as WiFi hotspot. But bear in mind using the phone will drain battery a lot at least 10-20 % per hour

I don't think so . So far only the Acer Iconia ( you need root and hack some files ) can connect to only certain USB modems , and not all type and it is generally unreliable.

Im a fan of this tab/phone as it'sa tab and a phone.
But since Samsung released Note, why would anyone choose this over Note.
Note is a bit smaller but still big enough and it can fit into pocket.

What is the main advantage of 7.7 over Note?

bigger screen lo...samsung offer so many size is for diff ppl needs...

some ppl need bigger screen..
- 7" tablet i can use it for presentation to my client with juz use a slide show full screen 7"..
GNote is small to present sumthing to ur client..
- 7" is the smallest screen size to watch full HD movie.. 5" Gnote juz use for watch youtube ok la..

Yup, I was seriously tempted by the Note, but I still held on for the 7.7 because I'm long sighted so still have to wear glasses to look at the Note, but can see everything on the 7.7 clearly without glasses.

Also gonna use the 7.7 for presentation to clients

7.7 also much better for watching movies while travelling

yess.. i think if anyone not fully utilze the 7" screen like us, better go for GNote.. Juz my opinion..
