Well Galaxy Note is in the list. Mebe they will update later for 7.7. I need to compare side by side note and 7.7 to confirm but I remember both feels the same. The 7 Plus is abit sticky not so smooth. But without 100% proof it's gorilla can't confirm yet.

i could do so on the nexus by enabling data and restricting to 2g signal only
thus prolonging battery life...
