So far rumours point to RM 2299 for the 3G/Wifi . At RM 1.7K is probably the wifi only model

I thought SGT7.7 only got 1 version which is WiFi + 3G? The only different is 16, 32 or 64GB? No?
Anyway I'm not sure whether my friend saw the pricing correctly or not although he said he's quite positive.

Wifi model would be right for me.

opposite from me. wanna get 7.7 for the 3g, call and sms feature plus the super slim body

US 3G tabs will not work in Msia. I have entertain few queries to help some users tweak/mod it to have phone calls on the older Tab 7 series. WiFi only models should not be any problem

I already have an S2 with Maxis line so, I don't think I would get an additional line (3G) for this. I am planning to get something slim and light for light reading in the LRT when I commute to and from work.

Either this or 10.1 but the size would be overkill and less convenient.

but, for me, i don't think 7+ is worth to buy, especially due to the display quality. u may want a display that "comfy" to your eyes. especially when u want it for reading and internet browsing

The 7+ display is not that poor. It is still better than the older tab 7. Reading is perfectly alright with even smaller texts. You should try it too
Of course if you want to compare the 7.7 is better
