No there is something wrong with the ROM, a battery bug I think, it happened to me too, sometimes it doesn't show the real value of the battery left, or show 100% when it is actually not fully charged.
try restarting your Tab, if its still showing low battery, then try charging it more. Sometimes after charging it for a few hours, it still stay at 30%, but after restart it'll go 80,90 or even 100%, because it has already been fully charged but the battery value did not update itself.
you can also try wiping the battery stats from the recovery, it does help the tab recalibrating the battery.
you oso having battery recalibration issue... just recalibrate the battery using stock kernel.. you should be fine...

Hmm how to go to recovery mode... i have tried press pwer + volume... nothing happen... its boot like default.
power + volume down button, let go power button when you see samsung galaxy tab logo, followed by let go volume down button when you see the android robot
