This should be a common mistake when 3g user installed broodcom+pershoot oc kernel,and would like to install v6supercharger when generating the script,like me.if you had installed titanium backup which consists busybox version newer than 1.18.2,you MUST install busybox installer from market and install the lower version.
The 2nd common mistake from xda guidance is the supercharger99 is actually under /data but not /system/etc/init.d!!!
I spent whole night to overcome this issue because busybox installed with newer version causing device keep reboot on boot loading.
Is better if thread starter can put this caution points on 1st page.
