Yes, for most Android OS, it is suggest to turn on/off every 1 - 2 days for system refresh to avoid restart it self. Like my Nokia E90 , i have no problem with it for restarting if i turn it off or on sometimes after using 2 days, if i forgot to did it, sometimes during call/sms it screen will be white out, then auto restart. After that, no issue again for few days : )

Dear mate, normally we don't check for official warranty unless customer request . However, 14 Days warranty is guaranteed attached. smile.gif It's very depend on stock, as most of the used phone come with no warranty card or even with it, manufacture may quote the warranty period base on manufacture date, not warranty card date :-)
