Seems like RM1k PSF would be happened soon. Current Market rate mostly already hit around RM700 to RM800 over PSF, thus after six years schedule completion which mean minimum 5% appreciation value of property PSF will be RM800 + 5% each year = RM1,021 PSF (estimation). Yet Six years time..will you go for it or not to? why?
