Yah, s13 looks like its gonna be more central than pjnewtown ctr .. college, hospital, uni, damansara, ss2 all near here. If more factories follow the example & shift, the impact would be tremendous, nearly 100 acres of industrial land ready for redevelopment.

Time to invest, Inti university is going to build their campus here as well...this place is going to be a hub for MNCs and a hub for education
