How about F&N city? I am thinking to buy property at pj 13, but worry about he whole pj 13 will be very high density with high rise apartment in the future.The view will be blocked by each other. It will become not a good area gor own stay....aiiiii

My head become big thinking of this....pj 13 at the centre either I working in pj, subang, puchong or kl area....but ioi , paramount , quil.....so many developers.All will fully use their piece of land . F&N will have three 32storey service apartment, 15 storey office, soho, hotel, corporate office , and mall below....can enjoy the mall facilities but bit dense...aiii ..I dont think can have unblocked view unit...if buy 3-4room unit later want to move , will it easy to sell.if buy 2 room unit scare not enough space. Pening pening....how?

Sakit hati....I like unit have yard , so can put washing machine and hang washed cloth.save energy.. but I dont understand why some building claimed is green building but not design their unit with yard or a space for this . Must fully use the solar energy.it is free..rather than ask all the owners to buy dryer. Aiiiiiiiii

that is the problem.i prefer stay in condo which link to mall in pj area. Tropicana garden is good but I missed it, now sky high price. Uptown too. ...

Actually I am thinking to buy. Anyhow see the price first. BLR will increase again in sept. If too expensive, very hard. I want to buy for ownstay , the rooms unit will be good.but only affort to take two room unit. Hope the layout design is good for small family.if the whole project take 8-10 years to complete..must suffer some noise too during phase two contruction.

I think should be less than 1000/sf...developer also scare if too expensive no people want to buy. The property market soften a lot recently..
