who are the potential tenant there ? the rent need to fetch around 2 to 2.5k for a typical 900built up unit...if selling at around 800k per unit...
understand possiblity the HUKM student only.. |

i am not too familiar with PJ area. anybody can advice which part in PJ is Freehold ? how about the PJ Central side ?
