Hopefully in Penang the bubble will burst, the property prices here are truly insane. A condo with 800+ sq ft, and facilities like swimming pool, gym, and sauna, but *leasehold*, can go for more than RM300k here. Some condos/apartments are more than 700k even though the size is only 1500 sq ft or less. You can buy a few bungalows with that kind of money on the mainland
