Hi all,

Would like to check is there any shop / location in Klang Valley able to repair Razer product (Keyboard Tarantula) that out of warranty ? Called Ban Leong Tech and they mentioned they also do direct changes of warranty item and no repairing.

just died, using for 4+ years and think it should last longer. Just trying my luck as that time I bought the keyboard not cheap too. and now the mech kb so pricey.

I owned a deathadder and it's serving me great until it died few days ago, got lights but not responding at all.

I brought it in LYP, still got few months warranty.

So should I bring back to LYP, or Ban Leong will accept the RMA ?

Thanks in advance, really miss my deathadder....if cant fix probably would get back deathadder..

Yesterday I sent my Electra for RMA. normally how long I have to wait?

I just went to Ban Leong @ Wisma Academy today before 12:30pm as it was stated on their website that they are operational on Saturdays until 12:30pm.

No one was there, are they still in business??? I call the 03-79566300 number also no one pickup. So now where should I go to RMA my Mamba 4G. I bought the unit at 5G Gallery Ipoh Parade last year so I cannot simply go to any dealer in KL here rght?

pc expo dun hv any razer booth. but i did notice a small booth selling some razer stuffs but very little stock. definitely not ban leong. the expo so disappointing. in about 5 mins+- after the shutter open i already walked finished the whole place without anything catching my attention.

I've bought the DeathAdder only RM149 from the booth on Friday, but the driver not working "pop up No Mouse Detected", so I couldn't config the polling rate & dpi and button 4 & 5 also not functioning. Then I try to register the S/N @ Razer website; but unsuccesful and show message @ S/N - Product Serial already registered. Saturday I returned to the booth, the sales told me the driver not require to be installed. I told him I'm follow the official Razer website installation guide to download and install the driver; then they said may be is the defect and fully refund the money to me. Just wonder any of you guy have puschased the DeathAdder from there and how is it?
