Samsung Elite Partner (SEP) can get the phone by 10th Nov while SME gonna launch officially a few days after that.

Yes, you're right about the warranty. Plus, you dont know whether you got genuine original parts if you send for repairs. You still can send to service centre but usually they ask you to pay if the parts expensive and service charges. |
