I been to Genting 3 time with Alza. Honestly our car hard to "race" till destination unless no other car blocking in front.

One of the main reason .. need very good skill to make sure it use gear 1 in stead of gear 2 

1st time. Original ( 2 adult 1 kid )
2nd time. Add Eric VS/GC/ Redline ( 4 adult 1 kid )
3rd time. GC/Redline maintain, change to EDGE VS ( 4 adult 2 kids )

I can feel that each experience is better then previous one. My bro in law join me 2nd and 3rd time, he feel that as well.

But still I face the issue auto gear shift to gear 2 and very hard to trigger it back to gear 1    .. even though I manage to control it much better on 3rd climb.

just for sharing. 

EDGE VS, couple with GC is damm good. i have bought 5 already, all for underpowered/old car.

I don't rely on range. I use litre/km and the fuel bar.
I drive as relax as possible (normally get around 8.4/l) and I fill up whenever the the only have 2 bar left.

Not advisable to drive with low petrol coz it will damage the fuel pump.

Actually without the active sub the sound a bit flat, but as it is a 3 way Sony, the vocal range is nice and crisp.
Preference wise i guess, i don't like having the tweeters facing me as my ears will hurt.

With the active subs, its an eye opener for me since i used to use box woofers and the sound for the driver since its under his sit is quite similar. I feel like i am driving a car with passive amps and woofer.

If got TT i can let u test, though i am seriously thinking of adding another active amp under the passenger seat

I think i got them for around RM 150 for the front.

The rear doors are also using 3 way but i forgot the brand.

My friends say it is quiet clear.

Funny they seem to think i have a woofer behind when they sit on my driver sear.

The arrangement of the active woofer must be designed to give experience only to the person sitting on the chair with the woofer connected.

Bro i kid you not, the sound is sufficient.
Please go test, if you do drop down to Klang / Setia Alam, i dun mind demo it to you.

Memang cukup, 2 would be crazy but i'm not known to be sane. 

Dun take other brands bro like MTQ / MTX they are cheaper but quality according to my installer no good and will fluctuate. 

Steelmate the installer him self use 3 over years oso still mantap and power.
