maybe it's time for bro 0325 to add into the list of common problems... loaded hill climbing EPIC PHAILED...!!! brows.gif

I wonder what other problems will crop up if my car climbs Genting with 4 ppl in it... and without the engine temp gauge, can't even be sure if the engine temperature goes high until it's too late...

coming down from Genting, make sure you have good brakes installed... else... whistling.gif

Gear braking works, but I find it too effective to be working down a not-too gradient slope after Menora tunnel that I had to increase speed, then let go of the speed pedal to raise a higher gear, else the engine over-rev itself...

No need to compare with others. If something is missing then clearly you need to report to P2.

Added on November 20, 2011, 8:25 pmToday, the most incredible thing happened. And I don't know who to blame if it killed someone. The story goes like this:

I have recently changed 4 donuts, but never did I changed my tyres due to puncture or problems. So, I never disturbed the spare tyre from day of purchase until now. However, this afternoon as I was driving pass some kampung area with the speed around 70kph on the highway, suddenly the spare tyre came off, whole thing dropped onto the road but luckily there was no cars behind me. The metal rod flunked to the side, in front of a shop which was not open. The spare tyre however flew higher than superman and didn't know where it fell. We spent more than an hour looking around people's houses. Could not find it. And it started to rain so we gave up. WTF la... P2, u must die. This is the first and last P2 car. I wish you wear this clothing FCUK and then go hang yourself until your next generation also stuck at your buttock cannot come out. Go die kao kao.

anyhow, I think it's high time complain this to the media instead... and wtm(whatever his number is) can note this issue on the first post of this thread... tongue.gif

which reminds me, maybe I should remove the spare tyre... since it is smaller than standard wheels anyway...

and to n8210, I still feel you should make a cover report at the police station to safeguard yourself, in case someone turns up to file a negligence suit (though it is highly unlikely)...

Until now, more than 36 hours. Later this evening will be 48 hours... still can report?

Added on November 22, 2011, 1:28 pmI called P2 hotline, the customer service lady was ok, she helped. But when she referred to the technician, the technician asked her to reply me "kalau factory punya problem, setahun dulu sudah jatuh"

So is this kind of P2 ppl we want serving our country? Sorry man, if I am your boss, I would fire you and ask you to work in Afrika. I HOPE they will accept your lousy answer, but somehow I also believe they have progress forward and advanced enough to know your BS reply.

Your reply is like a kid who has never been to school, no parents teaching, no peer's counseling. You sort of just pick up lousy things along the way in your miserable life. I hope someday when you take something to ask someone, they will give you even more lousy replies. And yet, you agree with them and accept their stupid reply, because you deserve no better.

Nonetheless, your own customer service lady who is no technician also don't buy your crap, so she and I will continue to form a proper report and submit to higher authority. Oh by the way, I AM your immediate boss because I pay for your salary as a customer. Only your immediate manager has not know about your behaviour yet. Hopefully s/he is not a monkey like you.

what to do... we bought this car out of good faith, only to be plagued with endless problems... no more Perodua for me... I'll probably endure the car quality for the next few years before selling to some poor sap to continue Perodua's crappy legacy...

now my car got some "loose paper" noise when air-cond fan is set to level 2... the higher it goes, the louder noise it makes... doh.gif

my friend, not all cars are problem free (including top brand like Volvo, Merc, BMW u name it) and as good as "other" ppl told you...

i got frens from chopshop, workshop and car accessories and etc, and they could happily tell you every cars and any brands are the same, the differents is the price you pay..., if you already whining about 60+k car already, wat if 1 day u buy a 500+k car? and i think you would go and kill the CEO instead...

cursing other ppl car because of your own (unfortunate / lack of knowledge) is not cool man...
*
Could you please mind your own f***ing business..? You got a problematic-free car, that's your f***ing business. You got so many mechanic friends to back your ass up in case of emergencies, that's also your own f***ing business. Please don't be a smart ass and lecture me about all cars have good and bad. You have not experience a damn about this nightmarish car like some of us do. And mind you that "cursing" of mine is supposed to lift up the spirit of this thread. So once again don't be another smart ass and police around what ppl should and should not post in this thread.

Get it you smart ass...?

bro, please read correctly, im not starting any flame, im just politely commenting, but some ppl just have to bring his "private" and other ppl "privates" to the table and start butthurting... believe me, when ppl start throwing the "f" word around, i loose respect for tat guy no matter wat he said later... again, im gonna stop now, no point already cuz the respect are not there...
*
I don't need your f***ing respect... the moment you stepped onto my tail by saying it ain't cool it's already a disrespect... and I reiterate again, it is supposedly meant to be a joke for someone, and why the heck you bother in the first place since you're not the recipient of that joke...? And you expect ppl to respect you...? rolleyes.gif rolleyes.gif

Aduh, let's not continue this alright? Remember, no matter how thin a piece of paper is, there is always 2 sides. People who are happy with their car, please express here. People who are not happy with their car, please express here.

Are you going to tell the next person whose spare tyre flew away, get bashed by kampung people for P2's fault cannot express themselves here?! Each experience is very real to each individual. If we are talking of the same brand, but different car (different plate number), then the experience is very individual. Even brothers of a same mother also react differently at times despite their similarities. But we respect them both (the brothers) as individuals.

So there is no right and wrong, it is just our experience.
*
That's why I'm telling you, he's trying to be a smart ass by saying we should be content with our 60k purchase because he apparently "thinks" or rather his mechanic friends brainwashed him to believe that even 500k car is made of the same quality, and suffers the same problems our 60k cars do... If that's the case, then what happened to the supposedly excellent after-sales service since 60k car is on par with 500k car...? 500k car manufacturer are supposed to provide better after-sales service right...?

We're talking about on par, aren't we...? rolleyes.gif rolleyes.gif

Is it normal for the brakes to get super hot even with less than 15 minutes of driving...? no hard braking involved...

today mandi kereta, smoke came out in contact with water... doh.gif makes me feel Alza brakes are so unreliable... that's probably the reason why I'm getting those vibrations on high speed long distance braking...
