our back 4 quite good
Koscielny becoming more like TV5 but still need mertesacker to stop a counter-attack and gibbs more to winger than Left Back and Sagna always make a good cover at the right side.......... the only problem right now is Midfield area - Arteta still finding his ways to bind with Arsenal and without Wilshere arsenal really cant hold the ball so long at midfield area |

We were defensively good although there were some clear chances for the opponent. Overall, we are good in defense which is a good thing to bring into EPL games!
The goal we conceded was a good goal; top corner with so many players blocking the view. Call it sour grape, I agree with the Commentator that Arsenal was really unlucky... so was Dortmund! There were too many 1 on 1 chances or close shots; yet the scoreline was only 1-1 I'm happy with the result because Dortmund is a strong team. Most likely Arsenal and Dortmund will be on the top of the table |

Happy that we draw with this German club.....
My Man of the match was Koscielny.....He was superb....Van Persie was ok with his nice touch and Thank you for a great pass from Walcott.... Hope Benayoun can improve his play after this...and wenger can start play Santos rather than Gibbs....We need one more world class attacker like van persie...imagine if van persie injured again after this...Yes we have Park but he is new btw.... Anyway good result for us....cheers |

Did not watch the game. But, Dortmund is German Champions right? Better than Bayern. So draw is OK.

Just finished watching the delayed match..luckly didn't open AST while watching..if not..spoil la..
BVB was controlling the match..lucky for us their left winger and striker were rubbish..crosses keeps coming in from the left but only to find the keeper..Kagawa..Goatze..Kehl..Subotic and Hummels were excellent.. Our side was pretty much rubbish..especially Walcott except for the assist..for me our defence was excellent throughout namely Kos, Song and Sagna..Per and Gibbs was so-so..and nothing Sczczcczcczny can do with the goal.. I'm not sure why Arteta was given a deeper role..it just limit his performance.. Overall, I'm satisfied with the performance, given the situation we are in.. |

just finished watching the delayed broadcast
im ok with the 1 point but still, the feeling after conceding in the last few minutes is hard to swallow the last 20-30 mins our players were all over the place..the players looked nervy and unable to keep the ball but credits to our defense dept for being able to absorb all attacks, notably szczesny, kosc and song haihh why la opponents like to score world-class goals against us |

super goal from dortmund , cant complaint much .
but cant help to complaint benayoun performance . he was invisible in the three man midfield , not really going forward but not really defending either. lucky to have song to work hard and arteta too . maybe playing in the middle is not his strength , so AW should consider trying somebody else there while waiting for wilshere to come back. |

Aihhhh one point is still better than none. Arsenal still have a lot of work to do, especially gaining back back their confidence and rhythm.

didn't watch the game so can't comment much on the performance of arsenal.
but a draw at opponent ground is a GOOD result ... furthermore against Dortmund. can't complaint much. Match Stats -------------------- Borussia Dortmund | Arsenal Shots (on Goal) : 23(6) | 9(2) Fouls : 13 | 7 Corner Kicks : 6 | 4 Offsides : 6 | 4 Time of Possession : 57% | 43% Yellow Cards : 2 | 1 Red Cards : 0 | 0 Saves : 1 | 5 Looking at the stats our defences were really working hard last night. and 5 saves!!! nice job there keeper. 1-1.... i'll take that... we going away again this weekend and hopefully we can see ox/ryo.
about the game, man.... nerve wrecking! but i'm very satisfied with the defending. The goal is really world class.... there's nothing much anyone in our team can do.... maybe if woj saved it, then it'll be world class save! but he did pull some fantastic saves last nite. i like the kos-mert pairing. really strong and very good positioning. I'm still worry about gibbs though. his defending seems lacking at moments and often caught off guard. anyway, take this draw... get a win this weekend. |
