Juz dowload and install.Surprisingly i dont have to mod the inf file tis time.Yea,i experienced ur problem.It's called screen tearing.It takes time to fully load ur surroundings.So whenever u turn around,u will see some blur surroundings.

The 280.38 is a beta driver.Tat's y they dont list it there.Get it here.

Btw,the game is around 20Gb but it doesnt impress me

Salesman/salesgirl bull shit all the time.LYN sifus do much better than them.They think we r dumb (well unless u r pc illiterate) and try to soft talk us hoping we bought stuff from them.

Btw,juz finished Rage.The game is rather short,weak plot and not much sub quest.The environment and surrounding is not so impressive despite it's a 20Gb game,not much character oriented too (no skill points or attributes or leveling up like Fallout 3 or Mass Effect 2) Main quests are boring..u go here,clear mob,take item,go back town - quest done.Side quest works the same way.Monsters are dumb either in Normal or Hard mode.Basically u got 10 types of weapon but u will be using 3-5 out of 10 types most of the time.Boomerang is imba,stick to that and it will pawn all for u (basically 1 boomerang = 1 kill....machine gun like 100 shots = 1 kill and no,head shots dont kill them in 1 shot if they r wearing helmets,which most of them do)

+ sniper rifle.I use wingstick and combat shotgun as a melee weapon when mobs come too near...sniper rifle to snipe them when they r far.3 weapons to finish the game lol.

The newer processor and the 7200 rpm hard disk is just slightly better than its previous one so dont expect major performance improve from them.If u really expect some performance boost,u can try like kevin.He installed SSD inside

And so far i havent see a single white N45/55 SF.Do Asus even intend to release it in Malaysia/Singapore?

So far i have only encounter the speaker problem where sometimes it will minimize sound to the lowest level and i have to close and re open the game/movie/music.I didnt try with newer audio driver so i am not sure whether it will solve the problem.

The graphic card is quite good consider it can play Rage at 1600 x 900 resolutions.

The different between 2 of them is totally not noticeable unless u r a benchmark freak.

I am not really comfortable with the keyboard layout either.Dont feel smooth to type or game with it.I am using Logitech keyboard too.

I still have this "Bam" and sudden lowering my volume level problem.Then i have to close and re opens the media/music player.Did the latest audio driver will fix the problem?

I am using 285.38 beta driver too for playing Rage.So far so good

Wat's ur current WEI?He's using SSD btw.

I did my clean format and partition everything using Partial Magic.Google it around,u have to burn it into a disc and then boot it to use it.

Update the latest Nvidia driver and ur WEI should jump to 5.9.But u might have to mod the inf file to install the driver properly.Guides is in the front page.

If u wan to have faster boot time,u have to tweak a bit.Google around on how to tweak Windows 7.One of the tips is disabling indexing and Aero.But i prefer to have them and i dont mind 40-50 seconds boot time since i dont shut down my notebook much

Lol the latest Nvidia driver drop my WEI ratings =.=ll Beta driver dropped from 5.8 to 5.0 and now the WHQL driver drop from 5.0 to 4.9...keeps getting worst lol

Yea i got 5.9 WEI for 280.26 also.But all the drivers after this 1 drops my WEI score

Well,it's stated there that it's optimized for Rage but when i play the game i dont really feel the difference between 280.26 and 285.62

Still waiting for Arkham City and Battlefield 3

U can play at medium settings.

I am not sure about others but i only mod the inf file once for 280.26.After that no need adi.
