If the ads tell you to email them directly, then do as required. If it says apply online, then do as required. Whats so difficult? Follow instruction also dunno?
Also, one job ad in jobstreet, a company can be getting a thousand or more emails. Filtering it is tedious. But if you do STAND OUT by going the extra mile, you stand a better chance. Common sense, yes?
