I can receive all other sports channel 811 - 818 except 817

Very easy. Unplug your cordless phone. I mean switch off the power.

Astro aware of this problem, but couldn't solve it until now.

I called customer support follow their instructions still cannot. She says must call serviceman come and adjust anthena and check decoder. Whatever happens have to pay them RM 50 for him to come.

But how come all other channels no problem ??

Try putting the decoder in standby mode for the night. Maybe it works.

I also had this problem before I switched off my cordless phone and move it far away from the decoder. The golf channel also affected by the wireless devices somehow..

Hey thanks for the suggestions Coincidentally, there is a cordless phone my family just pasang near the decoder. Hopefully this is the problem.

Why still call them?
Just switch off the cordless phone, then you can watch the 817 channel already.

For your information, you didn't subscribe full package. If got, you would realize a few other channel also affected with this issue, not only 817.

After switch off the cordless phone, and the channel is ok, just move the phone to a location where it won't interfere the frequency of Astro.
