But if you purchase from me you guys can get up to 15% discount. Developer is selling around rm560psf. but if you purchase from me you are buying it around rm450 psf. I thought dev giving 10% now, no? And heard its RM 500 psf, which is after discount n much lower compare to previous price. 560 psf is bfore discount right?
Then your RM 450 psf is bfore or after 15% discount?
But, if after 15% discount, though the price looks good at RM 450 psf, I wonder wat will happen to early buyers response who signed S&P at RM 500 psf onwards n now found the pricing is much cheaper than they bought early. It's 10% cheaper man.
If since launching, the dev is selling this price of RM 450 psf, i think it move much faster and probably 80% sold.
