You mean the high end condo very rare to hit 100% sale status in how long period? One month or one year?

8 Kinrara where got launched 1 year so long?

In fact, it had been almost fully sold within 1 month after it was launched and left only bumi lots. Now I not sure.

Boss, if other developers, majority yes. A lot developer sold it during preview or soft launch before official launches.

But for 8 Kinrara case, I mean that, they almost sold out within 1 month during their preview to the public.

No lah bro, DIBS or non DIBS also have to worry kao kao if anything goes wrong.

For those serving DIBS, ( if this is 3 years development under S&P ), the dev bear the progressive interest for first 3 years only and if the dev declared projek sudah sakit, they wont pay the interest and end up, loan borrowers ( means purchasers ) have to pay the progressive interest. The borrower of the loan is only consent the developer to pay on behalf only during the DIBS period, but everything still goes to borrower bcz developer is not borrower but just a payee.

More worsen, upon 3 years from the date of loan, which was the expected date of completion or delivery, the loan borrower is going to continuously pay the interest until another developer takes over the project but, but but, in this case, banks have the right to charge you full instalment as stipulated in the loan letter offer and agreement.
