Lastime i also think more bigger valve is better but after the foreman explain to me. Bigger is no use if u play drag. If want put bigger valve must calculate too. Bigger valve will not have much power if the bike cc is low. So mean more bigger valve need higher cc if not the bike will tengelam when shifting gear time.. Bcoz lubang besar but power tak cukup..
*
the big valve is to match the UMA 62mm, means UMA is trying to say the big valve head from Indon is not good enuf for their block...

big valve is for 60mm and above....

I go this shop sometimes also notworthy.gif notworthy.gif, they measure how much oil to pour in for change EO. Always use caliper measure here measure there. Even car mech dun really measure all the time....

All pomen i seen all main agak-agak....

Cannot one. if u want follow cubprix spec your bike tottaly cannot ride for everyday use. Those cubprix bike not using normal pistons. they using dome pistons. Compression very high. Pick up very good. if u pull your throttle hard on highway. Than u will findout that your engine have so many leaking problem. They set they bike for track use only. The bike also cannot use starter d. If u can tahan tukar pistons, valve and block every month maybe still can think of it.

If really can do like cubprix spec early early many ppl will do alrd no need to using big block d... 4stroke not like 2stroke.. if 2 stroke even a standard pistons porting the block nicely the power alrd increase so much d.. If want do like cubprix spec only can do on 2 stroke bike. Is wasting money to do on 4 stroke bike. Bcoz need to sacrifice alot to get that kinda power.
*
Cubprix use the dome piston bcos the block kenot get bigger d...

For lagenda, try r ppl using the dome piston on everyday right but for LC how to use compression already very high la....

LC already 10.9

Lagenda 9.3 or slightly higher....

LC put dome piston compression 12 or more already, sure the kenot tahan, gasket and etc, not design for it la....

Normal pistons wont get 22hp d. If really want modify like cubprix better get a 125Z. No need change big pistons one. Porting, change carburetor, Put chamber pipe. Enough for you to kill TZM liao  drool.gif
*
Normal UMA piston block set can reach 22 HP with all the other parts...

FYI, CP 130 bikes not more than 20HP....

LC max can get 30HP, never really heard got ppl get it yet.....

New TZM, 35HP IINM.......

@shyan: how is your DSLR dream? Jadi not?

Guys, anyone here play aftermarket engine head?

Cubprix bike high RPM big sprocket for launch a lot. i think topspeed kurang.
Big diameter port will sacrifice torque @ low RPM. Some more big port high RPM need quick airflow cannot allow high air swirl reduce torque some more and lost FC.
*
top speed kurang2 also 140km/h

Still faster than kapchai street bike...

The secret is on they piston and the ring.. You see the bike really must warm up before race bcoz they bore the block slightly longgar abit so when bike really warm up piston will kembang until fit nicely on the bore. Not too tight and not too longgar.

They engine run at high RPM + very hot all the time so for them np. And they change block and piston every 2 or 3 race. But street bike will be problem abit bcoz we dont everyday lap. If piston longgar got bunyi one.. And will damage the block.

Cub prix have rule and regulations. If u join 115cc category. You cannot make your bike more than that cc. No care you use what bike also. And they gearbox have spec also. Cannot simply change the final gear, only aloud to change whole set of gearbox. And the tyre must minimum have 70 - 80% bunga if not u have to change tyre. And all they fuel is RON95 from petronas. Main sponsored.

four stroke bike very expensive they spend estimated rm100k per year for a single bike. They all race to promote they brand. they got earn one. But if we the privater want to join than we will be burning money alot. Because no ppl will want to sponsored you until you can prove that you have skill.
