ohh.. too bad. but 23" fullhd also nice. you can watch 1080p video without top and bottom horizontal black bar
but i still like that black bar. thats why i grab 1200px. who knows in the future moviemaker will release 1200p dvd format 

it because its max resolution only 1920x1080. for 27" with that resolution, you may see large & stretch picture/video/desktop 

dell 27" can go to 2560x1440.

which is the cheapest 120hz led monitor with full hd resolution now?

most of 27" that you can find in local market are based on 16:9 format, which is full HD. you can see the difference by its resolutions: either using 1920x1080 or 2560x1440 or its refresh rate: either 60Hz or 120Hz. this size of monitor will has starting price around 2k (for a well known brand like dell, samsung, etc.)

I wonder why Samsung or Dell didnt make monitor with glass screen like Apple did. Samsung galaxy S III phone the LCD is super duper beautiful.

Precisely because of 1080P has became a standard in entertainment industries, some game developers also exclude native support for 1920x1200 in their resolution implementation (to cut cost and save time?), thus have to play games in either stretched or black bars for those without native support.

Screen on Galaxy S1 , S2 and S3 is not LCD ..its Super AMOLED.

and Super Amoled is VERY EXPENSIVE to produce, few years ago 24-30inch OLED screen cost almost RM100000 and only few produced.

But recently the OLED technology cheaper already, LG got produce TV using OLED. No more ghosting or viewing angle problem anymore .

Btw my 2 years old HP 2309M 23inch can produce very vivid color, but have poor contrast on dark area. I give it 9/10 for watching Korean drama 
Yes !!! .... see the youtube video   ... even NCSoft personally confirmed it doesn't natively support for 1920x1200.. Very pity ....
