Should I buy Dell U2412 or U2312?

I had order my Dell U2312HM on Monday,the status on tuesday is on TRANSIT,but until now the status still shown as ON TRANSIT,anyone can guide me as well?

I had order Dell U2312HM on last Monday,It been one week until today,but the status still "IN TRANSIT" since last tuesday.WHat should i do?
