guys wanna ask..my dell monitor rosak and its still under warranty..its over 2 years old, so if i go claim warranty do i get 1 to 1 exchange?

Guys, i just recieved my Dell U2312HM today..
first, its no POWER CORD include!! i was like..wtf!! (lucky i got spare power cord from my old Dell st2210) 2nd, its in SILVER not black...hmmm..nvm and finally its writing Revision A02 at the back..is this new? why monitor box got some chinese words on it..i cant read lol
