QUOTE(carloz28 @ Sep 1 2011, 12:38 PM) To be honest, we are not that worried about Meireles departure. The real issue here that the conundrum here is that star players no longer want to play for Liverpool and this trend is very unsettling. We need to look at the bigger picture. At first i didnt take what you wrote seriously. But at second thought,FSG do have the habit of selling star players at Boston Red Sox.Then again, when u keep on buying unproven overrated English players for a ballooned fee it doesn't help that much either. I only fear that we may become the next Arsenal. However, they helped red sox win the championship or whatever it is called within two years. |

QUOTE(Luminous2 @ Sep 1 2011, 04:28 PM) Latest News: Chelsea has successfully bought 3 of Liverpool's player who scored against them in this two seasons. Right now they will not have to worry anymore in the future match against Liverpool. Even my chelsea friends are annoyed with club buying liverpool players.Anyway, suarez and carroll havent play against them yet |

QUOTE(ALeUNe @ Sep 1 2011, 04:55 PM) I remember Bellamy was a flop. That's what i think too.I cant remember of his contributions much except for his goal against barca at nou camp.He was no better than Robbie Kean. It seems some of you are getting excited with Bellamy return to our squad. He's 32 years old now. Is he getting better now? |

QUOTE(aiyish @ Sep 1 2011, 08:16 PM) Yeah. After the game at SBJ there's always a post about us. I think LFC is the only one who wishes its supporters.Doubt other clubs of 'Big four' does this. |

QUOTE(Duke Red @ Sep 1 2011, 08:56 PM) We rank 4th in the world in terms of visitors to the official site, the highest of all Asian countries. They realize the potential of our market hence why business development executives have been busy securing commercial deals here. Thanks for the info.I think i saw we were third last time. But according to their polls indonesia, japan, china and korean fans are much more than us.I heard they are also opening an academy here at taman melati. The place is built but yet to be officiated. |

QUOTE(Duke Red @ Sep 1 2011, 10:43 PM) In terms of facebook fans, Indonesia are highest in the world. I'm not sure if they refer to unique visitors when it comes to the official site though. Yeah.Ian ayre all the way! I remember reading your post last time that liverpool fans rejected the takeover by rich arabs.Cant remember when but i wasnt brave enough to post here yet Yup I heard them mention an academy as well. They have big plans for the Asian market, Malaysia in particular. About time too. At least they aren't sitting on their arse like Rick Parry did. leaf here is the link http://www.bernama.com.my/bernama/v5/newsindex.php?id=610628 |

Happy birthday to the late bill.Without him liverpool wont be what it is today.
About the lucas gerrard thing,i dont think kenny himself for now knows where exactly to play gerrard because he hasnt started training and to what extent the injuries have affected his abilities.I dunno where gerrard is gonna fit in but lucas must definitely start. Most likely gerrard is gonna replace adam or henderson.I cant see him playing AM because suarez is playing support striker and our current formation doesnt allow an extra midfielder. Anyway it's good to see that we can play and win games without him.But a fit and firing gerrard could be the difference between top 4 finish and league challenge. QUOTE(weichieh007 @ Sep 10 2011, 02:37 PM) Emirates earlier.Arsenal was in all time low with lack of transfers, injuries, loss of key players. On the other hand,Stoke are doing really well, unbeaten in the league and gave thun a thrashing in the europa league plus they have strengthened really well in the transfer window with crouch etc. BUT,if we play our pass and move game we stand a good chance to win Again, our key to this match is the little magician luis suarez. |
