Need some opinion on some warranty issue on my ipad2:

I bought my iPad2 16GB Wifi White on 14-Aug-2011 from Mac City 1U.

From the day 1 onwards the ipad2 comes with a screen protector & folio casing treat it like my baby.

This is what happen:

When unboxing the ipad at Mac City i just check on any scratches on the back ... after checking i insert the ipad to the folio case until yesterday i took it out from the casing to clean my ipad, then i notice there is a gap on the right corner between the casing & the glass (refer to pic).

Question: 1) Where should i claim warranty from, Mac City or Call Apple CS?
2) Will i get 1 for 1 exchange for this defect?

call their tech support tell them your story and send them this picture. this could be a manufacturing defect.
