what are the aspects making the Indonesian League better than us? enlighten me
all i know their corruption (generally) are worse, they have more imports players.. if i not wrong, one club are allowed 5 import players.. and they have more passionate fans..
there are many points can be brought up to discussion. 1st n the most important thing for me is that they have lots of 'professional' football clubs,
NOT FOOTBALL ASSOCIATIONS in their league, which are played in
5 DIFFERENT PYRAMID LEVELS week in week out. From here alone we can see that they have a big number of pool that can be selected for their national team compared to us. since we only have numbers of state's football associations and a little number of football clubs, the option that we have for our national team is very2 limited. i guess we can calculate the number ourselves aite.
my 2nd point is that by having more passionate fans, they can bring more bigger sponsors compared to our league. i dont think that there are international companies out there that would like to sponsor our
FOOTBALL ASSOCIATIONS or even our
MALAYSIAN LEAGUE n guess wut, persebaya even got sponsorship from microsoft. n companies like yamaha, honda are fighting with each other to sponsor persebaya. with good ingredients, u can cook a good meal. with good management n marketing strategy, we can be like these indonesian clubs. but i dont think it can be achieved in my life time pun. f*#k.
its always important to have import players in the league. there's no league in the world that prohibited import players other than our
BELOVED MALAYSIAN LEAGUE. import players -> increase league standard -> increase the competitiveness level -> increase the crowd attendance -> generate revenue.
there's a nice article that is worth reading n maybe it can give u more ideas on the importance of having better
PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL CLUBS n
PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUES. cheers.
