Actually, if you must go australia, die die also want to go , there is one way besides trying to get a skilled visa (or whatever crap visa) and HOPING to send THOUSANDS of resume in HOPES (fat hopes) that some company to hire you while you have enough saving (burning though it like Ferrari on petrol at full speed) to last you for your unemployment period.

The solution is simple. Instead of wasting hundreds of thousands of dollar for something not guaranteed, why not consider investing in a course to become a qualified nurse. I was told Australia is SO SHORT OF NURSES that they are willing to GIVE YOU A HIGH PAYING JOB AND sponsor you a working visa which will be converted into PR in a few years time. Isn't that just fantastic?! You get a stable job (and I was told the starting pay is quite high for nurses bout 5k-6k AUD a month before tax) and you get to live in Australia.

doctors, paramedic drivers, nurses, well train specialist
they want them.

engineer(other than mining), construction can slowly w8 4ever.
got a aunty i know, 10 months or so still cannot find job even with 25 yr exp in construction field

btw those willing to be high rollers, get ready to give 49 cents for every dollar u get.

Hey Guys, I have PR and moving to Victoria soon. But I plan to look for a job before leaping over like a kangaroo.

Is it really tough to look for a job outside Australia? I have not received any interviews although I've submitted a few job applicastions online. I'm in IT field by the way, I received lots job offers in SG..and none in AU..its weird right

ya la, by fresh grads, i meant one without working experience.. should have clarified..

working exp makes all the difference
*
working exp in malaysia not equals to working exp for australia
-if possible, apply job in malaysia, if accepted then move over. chances of getting job straight is low (unless u have network n friends)
