You can try applying for a holiday working visa, I believe those are valid for a year or so.

If you are looking for something more permanent, you can perhaps try enrolling into some courses there.

Sorry Aus immigration in recent years is very very strict - now only high qualified individuals can migrate to Aus, now even stricter - you can only migrate using EOI (Expression of Interest)

So without skills needed by Aus, you can't work there legally.

And working holiday visa is no longer applicable to Malaysians.
