I have already obtained my PR for 2 years. Still holding back to make a move. I am in 40's and working in electronics manufacturing industry. I think it is difficult for me to get a job in Australia. Any business opportunity in Melbourne/Sydney? Should I stay or migrate?

Thanks for your suggestion. My kids are able to enrol as local students to uni or senior secondary school within the visa period. However, I am tired with my current job and thinking of some freelance jobs in Australia such as real estate salesperson, stockbroker, financial trust consultant... For those already in Australia, appreciate if you can comment on those jobs.

Did the interviewer look at age on deciding the candidates? I knew that age is not required to put on resume but they still can work out the age by looking at the graduated year and working experiences. I may have to drop my PR visa, geting a job is the main obstacle.

Mid 30s is still OK to migrate and start over.
My visa expire in 2016, I am in mid 40's. I do not have any hope to look for job there.
May be only look for business opportunity.

Yes, still working in Malaysia. I probably will give up my visa. I am planning for my children to be there for education and hopefully they will appreciate to settle over there. This is hard for me as getting a job over there is the main obstacle.
