in Malaysia, there is no high paying jobs, because how high the salary is not gonna cover your huge expenses around you such as bills, foods, petrol etc...

if want to have higher paying job, leave Malaysia, permanently...

Not true, Malaysia has high paying jobs just its limited. Only 1) lucky or 2) talented or 3)connected people get it. You have to fall in one of these categories to give you a higher probability to land these high paying jobs. smile.gif

High paying comes down to opportunity and some luck. Personally I hold a high paying job and some friends of mine also. It took long time to achieve but there is such jobs. When I say high pay job it is 15k to 20k salary job. Good luck and continue the hunt

As far as I know, many people reached manager level in Accenture around age 28-29 for consulting workforce. That is 5 figure salary.

Open up your mind....

I believe there is no since job that leads to easy money

I also believe that just about any industry also can make you tons of money. Just depends on whether or not you want to THINK about how to get there.

The examples I'll give relate to the FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY / BANKING / INSURANCE / PROPERTY only because too many sort of jobs out there.

For example, a few forumers said sales (credit card, insurance, mortgage, loans, unit trusts, wealth management):
This one really depends on how hard you want to work. Work harder, make more money (commissions) and work less, earn less.
Also, a few other important attributes for this job include: Knowing the right people, being able to talk confidently, having the right attitude, and occasionally, it requires a brain to do this sort of job.
I know ppl who have 2 years work experience in sales, and are currently earning RM15k per month in commissions. I also know of insurance agents who make RM50,000+ per month.

What i realised is that friends of mine who start of in sales line are often enticed by the high start off commissions, and schemes (some of them get drawn into stupid ponzi schemes as well). They get attracted by the possibility that the commissions would only get bigger and bigger through roll over business/ recurring business. Its true, some of the time. In many cases, i see these people forever chasing after sales even when they are 50 years old.

For Fixed Salary Jobs:
Investment bankers are among the high flying jobs. WHY?
For a freshie, alot of them would see the RM3000 salary as mediocre at best. Especially considering the the 15 hour/ day working hours sometimes. They wonder why work so hard for so little pay.
Here's the thing. You start off with RM3000 salary per month,
if you survive long enough,
5 years later, your salary will be at least RM10k-20k.
10 years later, your salary will be at least RM40-70k
15 years later, your salary will be at least RM80k

Doesnt sound very good? consider working at Maybank or CIMB. on top of your salary, you get 1-3 years bonuses. Meaning,if your salary is RM3000 salary + 1 year bonus, your average salary becomes RM6000 per month.
If your salary is RM80 k per month, including bonus, it will be RM160k per month.

Sounds ridiculous? NO. but what i can tell you is that it is bluddy difficult to get into this field. And even harder to survive in this field long term.
But if you do survive, you will be handsomely rewarded.

Yes, study any course that takes 10-15 years to complete, by the time you graduate, you should be getting around that figure, assuming inflation rate of 4-6%.
