A STRAIGHT 3/3 LOST . IT'S BEEN A TUFF JOB FOR ME SINCE MY MANAGEMENT ASKED ME TO HANDLE THIS CLUB.
JUST IMAGINE 70% OF MY RUGBY PLAYERS NEVER BEEN REVEALED TO THIS KINDA GAME, SUDDENLY I NEED TO BRING THEM TO THIS SPORT. YEAH, THEY HAVE SPIRIT BUT THEY LACK OF 'ANGIN'. JUST ONCE A WEEK TRAINING. THE MOST SIGNIFICANT WEAKNESS THAT I COULD SPOT DURING LAST MATCH WAS THE BACKLINERS BLURRED WHILE HOLDING BALL. CAN YOU GUYS PLEASE ENLIGHT ME HOW IN THE WORLD I COULD TRAIN THEM TO DO WHAT THEY 'SHOULD DO' AFTER BALL OFF FROM SCRUM HALF? MAYBE OUR 'TEORA BRO.' CAN POUR SOME ADVISE... CHEERS!

well..what i used to do last time when i started to play for the backline is that i watch a lot and a lot of rugby games...ask them to watch which position that they play for...bring along a book or a notepad and jot down things that they do...this is what i called watch n learn..ask them to watch games like the new zealand,france,fiji..they have a good backline pattern play..backline moves are also important..as a manager cum coach,u shud be telling them what they should do...dictate them step by step..

for me,a lost of 33-0 to politeknik is a good result for a team who has never played before...
usually the score shud be like 50-60+ points against 0 for a new team..
may i ask for how long have you been managing the team?
and where is actually ur club is situated?
maybe our brother ben can give some contact numbers of his friends near to your club...
right ben??jgnla marah ben...

I've been managing & coaching this team since last July. We just had 3 friendly matches until last saturday. Big number of my players are Production Operator and they started to know about rugby when they just work in this company. They never played rugby during school days. Turnover of my player is enormous. I train, they quit, come new production operator & I have to begin back from A!!!! That's a cycle of this team. Flooded with zero-knowledge players. My team is in Gurun, Kedah. The company that we work for is NAZA AUTOMOTIVE MFG. SDN. BHD.

Bukan jual bai..bagi ko option...aku dah email...ujang pun dah offer dia play for kedah..mana la tau bole tambah fire power hang..but cam mana pun rugby is a team game..

Apa yang ko rase masih aku rase sehingga kini..but at last diaorang dah mula ader kesedaran after 3 years..aku pun dah receive good application from outsiders nak join..bila ini berlaku klam kalibut la they all.. Tu lom aku panggil player yang seangkatan ngan den dulu..meskipun tuer..berbise bai... Biarlah player den tu bebiase aje janji ragbi terus hidup dan berkembang kat vicinity ni.. Join team den sure dapat main... Kalau nak menang..daftar je ngan team yg power.. sure team menang.. ko nak main lom tau la..hahahaha

Zaman sekarang ni bai...displin and minat yang penting... x pandai bole ajar... tp bila yang dua tu x der..kene la adapt pendekatan lain... Sabar.. Isu STAR ni dah lama memuncak.. kalau bebetul STAR ok gak..ni ermmm..paham2 sudah...

For the mean time aku tgh setup junior team. Our target nak absorb state nyer team seberapa ramai yg bole.. State mana..bisa di atur.. Setakat ni bole tahan gak they all nyer support... Aku harap bole capai target... Aku cuba nak terapkan seberapa ramai pemain tempatan..kerana aku yakin kebolehan kiter.. Yang berminat tu bole le join.. Technic we adapt..

We all baru menjamah our second winning spree this year..Bole la... dapat juga aku kecapi sebahagian usaha aku selama ni.. but masih belum puas hati... For me aku x pressure... kalah ok ..menang bonus.. give chances ..and they are improving... kalah pun ade development... menang pun ade .. ko nak main ko mai x nak x per... setakat full squad aku dah x risau la..even x der reserve at least beberapa game ni aku dah nampak la beberapa org yg mmg ade ketahanan dan ade peluang utk maju bersama TEORA..

Syukur...skrg ni pun den ade terima offer nak coaching.. tp sajer je nolak hahaha...x der sijil...Nanti aku ingat nak amik gak la.. member den pun minta tlg organize one team in Johor... dah jalan pun cuma how to become more better...So coaching and Management for me..and u
