Personal experience: Mark IV's initial PO closedate was @ April 30, 2010 but I ordered it only at June and it was still available.
And like you said since it's 1.4k I'm sure quite an amount of people would be hesitant for it smile.gif

Retailers may order a few more... but not many more as 1.4k is risky... after PO period it's usually hike up to retail price, essentially buying the extras that retailers have ordered.
