Feels like SEA lvl 30 players quite bad... I see teams with lvl 30 lose all the time to some lvl 1-10 team and then rage in chat saying noob team etc.
Elo-wise, only if they are VERY BAD will they be put into a game with level 1-10 so you cannot expect much from such players. And yes, SEA is filled with shitty level 30 players and the lack of players(compared to US) means sometime you will play with someone that his normal ELO is not really near you.

hahah the ping is ok lar. i play quite a number of times liao with bots, 5 players co op vs ai. no lag for me. always green color, ping under 100ms one.

Here the ping is definitely ok, always 20+ for me.
Checking in, started playing about 2 months back coming from Dota. Still getting to know the champions, level 23-24 now. No ranked for me yet.
