Check your FPS during fight. Anything below 20 is unstable. 30 is fine. 60 is the best.

Season 1 when I just started playing, I got terror by a Sion bot lane

Hide in bush all day, you try to farm he comes out, stun, shield bomb, 2 guys whacking you
Then hide back in the bush
1 combo does enough damage to totally zone

lol i know dat feel but ad sion can be kinda sad because 2 champ shared the cs, the sp+ad bot meta wasn't in place. During its time ad sion was the only champion build who can 1v5 while taking a lot of damage, hard cc was almost nonexistent. Now sion can just die with a sorts of bullshit knockups, tenacity reduction wont save u lol

Kinda skill dependent, the better you are the least toxic your teammates will be
if you are mechanically weak, go play more ARAM
if you are logically weak, go play more normals with a lolrecorder then playback your game to see whats wrong or you can watch more LCS replays or twitch stream, the casters will explain & give tips.

aatrox champion seems pretty good as a jungler got cc slow and damage increasing abilities.

But..they always complain bout being ks.-.-''
