Hey guys, I'm planning to bring my family of 7 to a recommended Japanese Buffet restaurant that serves oysters, can you guys point me in the right direction?

I know a few already so far, but would be awesome to get some pointers from you guys!

I was a fan of those budget Japanese Buffet restaurant but once you have tried the premium ones you will realized that how bad their quality actually is.

Nightheart,

I somehow agreeable what you said. If you are paying RM100 for buffet, why not to opt for fining dining which serve you quality food rather.
However, sometime "All you can eat" is fun too.

Dine at Maiu Japanese Restaurant 2 weeks back and realised how their quality had gone down the drain. Some how will never return to Maiu anymore.

Yup! Mitasu indeed worth to try! thumbup.gif

Restaurant Name: Edo Ichi Japanese Restaurant
Dining Time: Lunch

Shake Tataki Roll (RM32) 8 Pieces
*Sushi Roll with Crab Stick, Cheese, Vegetables & Surface Salmon (as described in the menu)
Outlook: 1/5
Creativity: 1/5
Taste: 2/5
Price: 0/5
Overall: 1/5

It was my first time to Edo Ichi, I've got a tea session right after so I've decided to just get something small and quick. A sushi roll would be fine.

RM 32 for that roll that came without cheese. Too little you can't even see with your eyes! Staffs were blatantly rude, refused to remove it from the bill and blamed me for ordering wrongly. Insisted that I should have "requested for more cheese" when they should have added as shown in the menu.

Let's be very honest about it, RM32 for this awful looking roll, I'd rather just get something off Aeon or Village Grocer's rack. It's much cheaper and they use better ingredients than Edo Ichi. RM32 for that roll, really? I don't even want to order anything else given that even a roll can go wrong. Don't bother wasting time and money, talking to staffs are a waste of time since these people will not even accept any comments. Oh don't even expect any service, their service is almost non-existent.

Avoid at all costs...
