maybe u can try to slice the IDE cable to strips with a sharp razor blade
or just make the HDD's connectors to face the another side of ur case... |

the swtich and usb cable, route them to the bottom of ur case
the 20pin ATX cable, find a cable tie and tie it at the upside of the mobo tray there the back 12cm fan power cable, connect that at upside of the casing, behind PSU there got one free connector, if not long enough turn ur fan direction where are ur second CCFL ? CCFL a bit hard, decide that urself might put the switch to the lowest and straighten those wires perhaps ?? |

@-vip3rleon9-
Just route the sata power cable to the another side of ur casing, connect HDD from there and connect ur vantec fan card power and ur fan power at other side also If you want, can route your sata cable through the bottom of ur HDD, then connect to mobo at the back dunno whether ur case at the other side got place or not la, if got just do so just plainly my noobie opinion, what you want to do still depeds on you though Btw, i didn't see any UV CCFL ?? QUOTE(sidewinderz @ Nov 23 2005, 10:31 PM) LittleLinnet dun dare dun dareyou tai ko lor in cable management..hehe..every1 asking you for opinions..haha...nice nice... hmm...as for evilhomura89 and -vip3rleon9-, try to re-route your cables to the back of your mobo tray...and hide every single unused cable at any empty 5.25" tray....that should help clean it a lot.. bought new mobo..and the layout of the board is fantastic....haha..now casing super neat already..hehe @sniper on the roof hehe...thx so much for your comment....but that is the problem when you try to cram so much stuff inside a case... |

QUOTE(mADmAN @ Dec 23 2005, 05:20 PM) huh??? shrinks are easy....just slip them over the sleeves and then just use lighter/hair dryer on them and itll shrink....hence the name 'heatshrink'. actually the Vantec heatshrink works quite well with mei find that the best way is to sleeve...cable tie the ends then slip heatshrinks over the cable tie and heat. the cable tie will help ensure that the heatshrinks stay in place. but of course without cable tie will look a little neater la. n the heatshrinks that come with the vantec sleeving kit sucks...theyre too thick. but they work nonetheless. just more heat need to be applied, IMO ![]() The darker heatshrink is Vantec while the lighter green is from uglyvamp I change the Vantec one coz I want to split 2 of the wires where as i used to heatshrinked them together This post has been edited by LittleLinnet: Dec 23 2005, 06:11 PM |

well, if you can hide the wires well, there is no such need to sleeve the wires though, IMO
but if you really intend to sleeve it, then no point to hide it..... *got it from a paintful experience* |

i even lazy to take the side panel off once i closed it the SATA cable why not routing it to the bottom the case ?? Btw, mine with slight update and become a bit messy bcoz of the USB bracket. ![]() Normal View. ![]() Close Up. ![]() Without Side Panel. ![]() Messy area. ![]() Close Up.
