I also don't hv problem with IceCube's products. d 1st time i did hv a minor complaint (he's still a newbie in foaming business tat time.. haha) but he quickly rectified for me n i'm very pleased.

since then, been there a few more times for more foaming on my 2 cars and all services hv been great since then. =)
